AVAILABLE ONLY IF INSTALLATION IS DONE BY OUR TEAM
1 year warranty
We offer a full one year warranty from the date of installation against manufacturing defects on all parts (hardware, doors, cabinets, handles and laminate countertop), delivery and installation.
The warranty does not, however, cover swelling of our products which may be caused by extreme variation in humidity, water infiltration or condensation, or uncontrolled temperature
The warranty does not apply to latex/silicone seals on walls, ceilings and furniture and if a door warp exceeds ¼ inch.
The warranty does not cover slight chips and scratches on any non-apparent part of the kitchen.
No service fee will be charged for warranty service within one year of installation.
After one year, service fees will be charged and must be paid in full on the date the service is provided, regardless of the reason for the service. As soon as our technician travels to your home, there will be costs.
5 year warranty
We offer a 5-year warranty on any defective hardware.
In the event that you choose to replace the guaranteed parts yourself, the pieces can be collected free of charge at our factory in Les Cèdres or at one of our two showrooms located in Vaudreuil-Dorion and Terrebonne.
If, however, the intervention of the after-sales service manager is necessary to carry out the replacement/repair at your home, the service charges will apply.
15 year warranty
All brand mechanisms Blum are guaranteed for a period of 15 years.
The policies and service fees for the 5-year warranty also apply to the 15-year warranty.
Limitations to our guarantees
Please note that regardless of the installation date of your project, our warranties will not be honored if the damage was caused by misuse or abusive use of the components.
The warranty is non-transferable.

General maintenance for all products
In order to preserve the life of your cabinets and the associated warranty, we invite you to follow the following recommendations;
- Clean cabinets with mild soap, rinse and wipe dry.
- Do not use a concentrated cleaning product, an abrasive product or a solvent to clean cabinets/counters and cabinets.
- Wipe damp surfaces as soon as possible with a dry cloth.
- Control variations in humidity and temperature.
- Always ensure adequate ventilation when cooking food.
- Do not leave damp laundry on the doors and laminate countertops.
